Refund and Return Policy

At Glovy.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items bought on sale or clearance are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Process for Returns/Refunds:

  1. Contact our support team at Glovyskincaree@gmail.com or via our Contact Us page.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear pictures if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Note: Glovy.pk reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
