Returns:
- We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items bought on sale or clearance are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
